Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do however require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, which enables us to allocate the time to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, will result in a charge of 50% of the service and 24 hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in 100% of the service you will not be able to make another appointment until this fee has been paid.

For prepaid consultations, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the fees paid or reschedule the appointment to another agreed time.
