I'm a qualified Naturopath BHSc 

I am passionate about restoring optimal health through the use of evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes and where necessary through the use of herbal medicine and nutritional supplements.

 

I believe in finding and treating the whole person, not just masking the symptoms, in order to restore vitality and return to good health.

I am based in Bundall, Gold Coast QLD. Online appointments are available Australia-wide.

If someone wishes for good health,

I believe in "Test don't guess". So I incorporate functional pathology testing when required.

This includes:

  • General blood pathology- Iron studies, Thyroid function, vitamin D, etc...

  • Hormonal testing: Blood, DUTCH (urine) & Vaginal microbiome profile.

​​

  • Gut functioning: Complete Microbiome Mapping (stool), Metabiome, SIBO, & Comprehensive digestive stool analysis (CDSA).

  • Food sensitivity & Allergy testing: IgG, & compatibility testing (hair).
